Ceramic window tint questions

How much does window tinting cost?
Every car is different, so Eugene sends you a custom quote. Fill out the free quote form with your vehicle, what you want tinted and whether there's old tint to remove, and he'll get back to you with a price. Mobile service is included.
How dark can I tint my windows in California?
In California, the back side windows and the rear glass can go as dark as you like. The front side windows and the windshield have legal limits, so Eugene goes over the shades and the law with you before he starts, and the choice is yours.
Why ceramic instead of carbon or dyed film?
Ceramic film keeps more heat out than carbon or dyed film, it won't fade to purple, and it has no metal to block your phone or GPS. The install takes the same time, so Tint Traveler puts ceramic film on every car.
Can you remove old tint?
Yes. If your car has old, faded or bubbling tint, mention it in your quote request so Eugene can include the removal in your quote and plan the extra time for it.
Can you tint a Tesla?
Yes. Teslas are priced on their own because some of their glass needs a much wider piece of film. Request a free quote with the model and year and Eugene will give you an exact price.
When can I roll my windows down?
Leave the windows up for a few days while the film cures. A little haze or a few small water pockets are normal at first and clear up on their own as the film dries. Wash the outside of the car as usual, and use an ammonia-free cleaner on the inside of the glass.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. Every automotive tint install comes with a lifetime warranty for peace of mind. If you ever have a problem with your tint, call or text (951) 412-6280 and Eugene will take care of it.
